I love barn weddings. And this was the dilema. I love the creativity and down-to-earth feeling of being outdoors and the rustic beauty that it brings. The only problem with them is that they're more work (you don't typically have the same perks as the traditional country club option). And it's important to be around when there's more work, not living in Italy. But I had the best fiance ever (who became the best husband) who encouraged me to do what I loved, not what was easiest. (Aww, isn't he great?) So we booked Cobblestone Farms in Ann Arbor, MI. It's the closest thing to a rustic barn by my house. Not quite as elegant as some of the weddings I oogled over, but was totally wonderful. Here are some shots of the property! I'll save the indoor shots for later. Enjoy!
